What is the CCB Network?

Many of the partners met each other informally during Prosci trainings and events. They realized they had a lot in common, namely their shared passion for their craft and a united belief in Prosci’s method of carrying out effective lasting change. There was also a feeling of sharing the desire to co-create the dream of establishing quality change management capability across Europe. Involving best practices sharing at all levels and establishing ourselves as partners for successful change. For individuals, this takes the form of trainings and further advanced development. For companies, we provide one change language that can be used in all facets of the company. CCB.network is initiated by nine European Prosci Affiliated organizations and their partners.

We work closely together to service our customers in building their change competency with Prosci training programs and change management advisory services. Besides this, the network is busy promoting change management best practices within Europe and building a community of individuals busy with the people side of change. Prosci is the leading standard in change management. Their practitioner certification is globally acknowledged by the ACMP and PMI. We offer this qualification at the partner level, so it’s best to check out your local partner for becoming practitioner certified.

Prosci provides a clear method and easy-to-use tools for managing change in organizations. Together we offer international change management services, introducing the same method and approach across companies. Bringing with us the individual strengths and specialisms of each CCB partner on the local level. Knowledge of local culture, regulations, and language can play a key part in the success of the change globally. Client need: Pipedrive is a sales CRM and one of Europe’s most successful start-ups, making life easier for over 90,000 customers across 175 countries. A cloud-based sales software company that began as a small start-up has grown into a company of over 600 employees and offices in 5 locations globally. A bigger organization requires new processes for running the business and motivating the highly skilled staff. Operating in a highly competitive environment demands innovation to provide improved customer experience and solutions.

Our solution:

  • Provided the company´s key group of managers a shared framework and methodology for managing change projects.
  • 10+ Pipedrive area managers participated in Prosci change management certification program.
  • 3 groups of top and middle managers received Fundamentals of Change training.
  • A workshop was delivered to 4 groups of employees to increase change readiness company-wide.

Results: Successfully implemented change projects. Prosci certification program and other training programs have been added among Pipedrive regularly offered training solutions to its employees.

Supporting rapid growth in cloud-based software company

Client need: Tallinn airport has seen in recent years the number of passengers more than double, which has led to the need to innovate its most critical processes to maintain high client service standards. In the midst of this innovation, managers and project teams have to be better equipped to deal with constant change. Change saturation had to be reduced through improved change management.

Our solution:

  • Provided the company´s key group of managers a shared framework and methodology for managing change projects.
  • 3 groups of top and middle managers received Prosci´s change management programs.
  • The project team was chosen to start to develop a shared toolbox for managing change projects in Tallinn Airport.

Results: Improved change management competencies. Plan to adopt Prosci methodology as a company-wide shared framework for managing projects and build a change ecosystem.

Increasing change capabilities in Tallinn Airport

Waternet is the water company for Amsterdam and the surrounding area. Waternet is the only water company in the Netherlands that is dedicated to the entire water cycle. The People Side of Change provided training programs and change coaching. We certified the project team that works on the strategic initiatives to build change competency into the organization.

We work closely with Microsoft and their business partners. The People Side of Change provided training programs and change coaching. We certified most of their project leads and trained their managers to build change competency into the organization.

The People Side of Change provided training programs and change coaching at many sites in Europe. We certified many Practitioners and do not walk away when change coaching is needed to build change competency into the organization.

Tenneco

Client need: Tallink is the largest passenger and cargo shipping company in the Baltic Sea region. They acquired Silja Line few years ago. In this context the challenge became to increase top and middle manager´s ability to manage constant changes influencing their teams.

Our solution:

  • Delivered Prosci Manager Program and follow-up implementation support for Tallink ship captains and intendants.
  • The program consisted of 2-day training, followed by change project implementation by each participant and a 2-day reinforcement event.

Results: Five groups and apx 75 managers from 3 countries participated in the program with high satisfaction rates. Prosci toolbox (ADKAR) is reported to be used after this training as a shared language among the managers to discuss changes. Project implementation in process.

Building managers change competences in Tallink

Client need: Tallinn City developed a new IT system for improving its legislation processes of important City decisions. The new system outplaced the old IT software to increase efficiency, transparency and engagement. Although technical solution was ordered through procurement process, its implementation needed to be supported to achieve adoption in all City departments and agencies.

Our solution:

  • Delivered project team workshops and coaching to create a project implementation plan, change management plans and define roles
  • Provided project team with a shared framework and tools for planning and implementing the change project. Certified change manager and the primary sponsors of the project in the Prosci 3-day Change management Certification program.
  • Improved top and middle managers´ change management skills in Prosci workshop.

Results: Improved change management competencies and in-house capabilities to run the project successfully. Project plan created and critical milestones achieved.
